Hi all my name is Ellis Grayson , This blog is where I’ll share my journey as a writer, give you behind-the-scenes glimpses into my stories, offer sneak peeks at upcoming chapters, and share thoughts on the worlds and characters I’ve built. I’ll also talk about the inspirations, challenges, and surprises that have shaped my writing along the way. I’m a Scottish writer drawn to stories that sit at the intersection of survival and horror. I write post-apocalyptic fiction and darker horror tales that focus on people under sustained pressure, leaders, followers, and those caught in between. My work favours atmosphere, realism, and moral weight over easy answers or clean victories. I’m interested in what happens when comfort disappears, control becomes fragile, and fear shapes decision-making.
